FORT CARSON, Colo. – Brig. Gen. Kevin D. Admiral (right) and Brig. Gen. Joseph A. Ryan (center) each received the Legion of Merit award and were presented engraved canisters as tokens of appreciation of their dedication to the 4th Infantry Division and Fort Carson during a welcome and farewell ceremony held at Founders Field at Fort Carson, Colorado, Aug. 22.
