U.S. Marine pilots, Capt. John Nevins and Capt. Joshua Liddle with the Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 365 (Rein), land an AH-1W Super Cobra. Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Lorenzo Moreno, signals to land aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS New York (LPD 21) on Aug. 25, 2019, off the Coast of North Carolina. The Bataan Amphibious Ready Group (ARG), Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) exercise (ARGMEUEX) provides essential and realistic ship-to-shore training, designed to enhance the integration of the Navy-Marine Corps team. Additionally, ARGMEUEX provides an opportunity to integrate unique individual and unit skills and develop the Bataan ARG and 26th MEU’s collective proficiency in challenging and unfamiliar environments.
