U.S. Marine Corps Col. Raul Lianez, commanding officer, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), speaks to civilian employees during the 'We Are MCBH' Campaign Kick Off, MCBH, Aug. 29, 2019. MCBH kicked off a campaign to recognize and embrace the MCBH Civilian Culture that is the enduring strength of the installation. The guiding coalition for this effort will be the MCBH Chief of Staff, Doug Wadsworth, and the civilian leadership aboard the installation. The campaign will work to tackle today's and future civilian employment issues and foster career development core functions and activities throughout an individual’s career cycle.
