    190830-N-AZ907-0195 RIOHACHA, Colombia (August 30, 2019) - School children hold signs expressing gratitude for the Seabees of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion ONE and the Colombian army engineers who built a new school for the indigenous Wayuu people of Colombia, as part of Southern Partnership Station (SPS) 2019. SPS 19 consists of fly-away deployments of adaptive force packages to Barbados, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras and Peru to conduct training and subject matter expert exchanges to improve capacity in medical, dive operations, and engineering.
