    U.S. Navy Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Brian Watson, from Milpitas, California, and Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Handling) Airman Jesus Lujan, from San Diego, lower the flag staff on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) as the ship departs Norfolk, Virginia, Sept. 4, 2019. Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet ordered U.S. Navy ships and aircraft in the area to sortie ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which is forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
