Stennis (CVN 74) as the ship departs Norfolk, Virginia, Sept. 4, 2019. Commander, U.S. 2nd Fleet ordered U.S. Navy ships and aircraft in the area to sortie ahead of Hurricane Dorian, which is forecasted to bring high winds and heavy rain to the East Coast.
