Aaron West, an administrative specialist with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron and a Fort Smith, Ark., native, handcuffs another Marine during Security Augmentation Force training aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., April 16. During the first week of the 10-day training, Marines learned to properly apprehend suspects in order to keep the suspect and others safe from harm.
