Empty boots are displayed to honor 1st Sgt. Timmy J. Millsap, of A Company, 70th Engineer Battalion, 3rd Brigade, 1st Armored Division, at Camp Taji, Iraq on April 30. Commanders and Dignitaries left military coins, a traditional tribute for a job well done. Millsap died on April 25 during combat operations as part of Operation Quick Sweep near Taji.
