190906-N-PE825-0014 ROTA, Spain (Sept. 6, 2019) - Engineering Aide 3rd Class Kayla Rice, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, does a slump test on a batch of concrete as part of a military working dog kennel project at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Sept. 6, 2019. NMCB-11 is currently forward deployed to Rota in support of commander, Task Force (CTF) 68, to provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and exercise related construction for the 6th Fleet area of operations.
