Lars Ostervold with a personalized metal plaque of the insignia of 90th Troop Command during the 90th Troop Command change of command ceremony Saturday, Sept. 7th at the 45th Infantry Division Museum in Oklahoma City. This ceremony is a time-honored tradition to signify the transfer of responsibility and command of the brigade from the outgoing commander to the incoming commander.
