Lorenz Eber discusses the design and capabilities of the Insitu ScanEagle, a small unmanned aerial vehicle, to the Coast Guard assistant commandant for capability, assistant commandant for engineering and logistics, as well as the commanding officer of the Research and Development Center and other Coast Guard leaders, at a Navy testing facility in Dahlgren, Va., Thursday, May 3, 2012. Eber spoke to the attendants after demonstrating the ScanEagle in flight. It is scheduled to be deployed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Stratton in the summer.
