190906-N-FV745-0156 SAN DIEGO (September 6, 2019) Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron (CRS) 1, aboard their SeaArk 34-foot Dauntless patrol boat, bottom right, travel by the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Rafael Peralta (DDG 115), center, while conducting harbor security in and around San Diego Bay, on September 6th, 2019. CRS-1 is comprised of reserve and active-duty sailors, who work together to ensure operational efficiency and manning requirements. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operation in the coastal and inland waterways.
