Robert Hughes talks to the recent Equal Opportunity Leaders Course graduates about how important EO is, especially on a multi-national base like Camp Bondsteel September 3, 2019 on Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo. Hughes is the commander, KFOR 26 Regional Command – East. During the 60-hour class, Soldiers assigned as their units EOLs attained the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to be the front line of defense against discrimination for the commanders’ EO programs.
