Brig. Gen. Tibor Bozó (right), commandant of the Hungarian Defence Forces' Noncommissioned Officer Academy, presents a gift to Maj. Gen. John C. Harris Jr., Ohio adjutant general, Sept. 10, 2019, at the NCO Academy in Szentendre, Hungary. Harris visited the NCO Academy to learn more about how the Hungarian Defence Forces are revitalizing their NCO development strategy. Ohio and Hungary have been paired since 1993 through the State Partnership Program.
