    ATLANTIC OCEAN (Sept. 12, 2019) Aviation Structural Mechanic 2nd Class Tyrieff Squire, from New York, installs the center stabilator on an MH-60R Sea Hawk, assigned to the "Swamp Foxes" of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 74, in the hangar bay aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). Ike, with embarked Carrier Air Wing 3, is underway conducting the Tailored Ship's Training Availability (TSTA) and Final Evaluation Problem (FEP) as part of the basic phase of Optimized Fleet Response Plan.
