NAVAL BASE GUAM, Guam (Sept. 13, 2019) Chief Navy Counselor Rodney Jones, assigned to Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen, is pinned to the rank of chief petty officer by Chief Ship's Serviceman Joann Maldonaldo, assigned to USS Frank Cable (AS 40), during a CPO pinning ceremony onboard Naval Base Guam.
