Tom Braaten hands U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Britney Tardugno a bouquet of flowers during the Service Person of the Quarter luncheon at the New Bern Golf and Country Club, North Carolina, Sept. 12, 2019. Tardugno is assigned to Naval Health Clinic Cherry Point, a tenant command at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, and is currently working as a command personnel and pay administrator. She was nominated for the award by her command because of her dedication to volunteering in the local community.
