Domingo Alvarez, a native of Victoria, Texas, both cavalry scouts assigned to Troop A, 1st Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division, based out of Fort Bliss, Texas, describe a new radio to Gen. David M. Rodriguez, commander, U.S. Army Forces Command, during his visit to observe the Network Integration Evaluation 12.2 May 7, 2012.
