Lt. Col. Donald Stoner, commander of the U.S. Army NATO Brigade’s AFNORTH Battalion awards the Army Achievement Medal to Spc. Jacob Ruiz, Alpha Company, AFNORTH Battalion. Ruiz was the enlisted winner of the battalions Ultimate Warrior Competition held at the Budel training area in the Netherlands. Ruiz will go on to represent the battalion at the Brigade level event scheduled for June.
