(Sept. 14, 2019) Chief Electronics Technician Ashley Kempton places the chief petty officer (CPO) combination cover onto Chief Mass Communication Specialist Dominique Lasco during a CPO pinning ceremony at Recruit Training Command. Fifty-six Sailors were pinned to the rank of CPO during the ceremony. More than 35,000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
