U.S. Marines and U.S. Soldiers attached to 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, Civil Affairs Group (2-5 CAG), and local Iraqi's in Ar Ramadi, Iraq, watch the generator being placed at the local hospital on Sept. 8. The unit in operation to help Ar Ramadi repair the city and is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
