Employers of 148th Fighter Wing members experience a snap shot of the Wing's mission during a KC-135 refueling flight. A KC-135 Stratotanker from the 128th Air Refuelilng Wing and F-16s from the 148th Fighter Wing partnered to show area employers how they work together to refuel the F-16s during a training flight. Boss Lifts are a tool the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) can utilize for employer outreach and to bridge the gap between civilian companies employing part time military personnel.
