GULFPORT, Miss. (Sept. 13, 2019) – The fiscal year 2020 chief petty officers (CPO) stand at attention at the reading of the CPO Creed during the CPO pinning ceremony onboard Naval Construction Battalion Center (NCBC) Gulfport. The CPO pinning ceremony was the culmination of an intense six-week training period where senior leaders introduced the selectees to a set of challenges designed to strengthen their leadership and mentorship capabilities.
