Col. Raymond Siegfried, commander, 138th Fighter Wing, steps into an F-16 Tulsa Viper one last time Sept. 14, 2019, at Tulsa Air National Guard Base, Okla. Siegfried has flown more than 2,500 hours in the F-16, 40 combat sorties, and 180 hours of combat time. He has deployed on contingency operations to nations including Turkey, Kuwait, and Qatar in support of Operations PROVIDE COMFORT, NORTHERN WATCH, SOUTHERN WATCH, and IRAQI FREEDOM.
