U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Richard Walton, assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), prepares to conduct an honorable carry ceremony for the possible remains of U.S. service members lost during the Vietnam War at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Sept. 17, 2019. The remains will be examined by forensic anthropologists and odontologists at DPAA’s skeletal identification laboratory in hopes of making an identification. DPAA's mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting of our missing personnel to their families and the nation. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd class Seth Coulter)
