    Pacific Area Command Master Chief Heath Jones makes a point during Chief’s Call aboard Coast Guard Cutter Polar Star (WAGB 10) during a visit Sept. 16, 2019 to the Mare Island Dry Dock in Vallejo, Calif., where workers are getting ready to refloat the ship. Polar Star, which will remain the Coast Guard’s only seagoing heavy icebreaker until construction of the new Polar Security Cutter is complete, is undergoing annual refit and repair prior to its annual deployment to Antarctica.
