A ground wire connects a fuel truck to Earth to disperse static electricity to prevent sparking while refueling at Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait on Sept. 16 2019. Fuels distribution operators must connect the fuel truck to the grounding point prior to initiating refueling to protect Airmen and aircraft during the process.
