Coast Guard members set up a prime mover on the deck of the Guard Cutter Kukui while moored in Sitka, Alaska, July 29, 2019.

The prime mover is an engine that converts fuel to motive power and is part of a Spilled Oil Recovery System equipment is kept onboard the cutter to maintain readiness in the event of a large oil spill.
