FORT BLISS, Texas – Maj. Timothy Cox, battalion executive officer, 22nd Chemical Battalion, 1st Armored Division Sustainment Brigade, prepares to push a sled with 90 pounds of weight outside the unit’s health and holistic fitness gym as part of circuit training designed to prepare soldiers for combat and the Army’s newest measure of physical fitness- the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). Cox is the first soldier in the U.S. Army to score a 600 on the ACFT.
