NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Sept. 18, 2019) Aviation Electrician's Mate 3rd Class Jay Aldous, from Lynchburg, Virginia, assigned to one of USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) damage control repair stations, attaches a tourniquet to a casualty during a simulated medical emergency training evolution.
