Marilyn Banks, an officer strength manager assigned to the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, talks with rising high school students about National Guard opportunities during an annual service academy event Sept. 21, 2019, sponsored by the North Carolina National Guard RRB at the NCNG Joint Force Headquarters. Military Service academies to include the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine brief rising high school graduates on opportunities offered to them from each academy.
