Memphis, a 2-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix, jumps for a disc held out for him by his owner, Senior Airman Elijaih Tiggs, 319th Reconnaissance Wing photojournalist journeyman, during “Tactical Paws” Sept. 18, 2019, on Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota.
