An SH-60F Seahawk Helicopter assigned to the Warlords of Helicopter Antisubmarine Squadron Light (HSL) 51 embarked aboard the U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) lowers pallets on to the Royal Australian Navy frigate HMAS Ballarat (FF 155) during a training evolution. Blue Ridge conducted an exchange exercise between the ships to demonstrate commitment to regional partnerships and fostering relations.
