Col. Timothy Miller. The change of command and re-designation ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, May 10, 2012, also marked the transfer of the VMM-363 'Lucky Red Lions' headquarters from Marine Aircraft Group 24 at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, to Marine Aircraft Group 16 at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif.
