    Technical Sgt. Jacob Roelle, Aviation Resource Management personnel assigned to the 164th Airlift Squadron with the 179th Airlift Wing, Mansfield, Ohio, conducts pre-flight operations during Saber Junction 2019 (SJ19) September 17, 2019, at Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
