U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Christopher Recchia sets up remote-controlled ordnance for a bunker-clearing scenario at an explosive ordnance disposal exercise at the Jungle Warfare Training Center, Camp Gonsalves, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 17, 2019. The EODEX was designed to simulate conventional warfare and the use of conventional ordnance and involved the participation of three U.S. military branches and over 43 different military occupational specialties within III Marine Expeditionary Force.
