U.S. Marine Col. Robert Meade, the commanding officer of Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command, addresses U.S. and Colombian Marines during the opening ceremony of a humanitarian assistance and disaster relief rehearsal in Coveñas, Colombia, Sept. 30. 2019.
