Phillip Tori, 27th Special Operations Support Squadron weather forecaster, gathers data from an automated tactical observing system near the flightline at Cannon Air Force Base, N.M., May 9, 2012. Troops with the weather flight at Cannon are able to gather observational data and post observations within minutes utilizing advanced equipment to aide them in their work.
