Airman 1st Class James Rogers, a non-destructive inspector with the 437th Maintenance Squadron out of Joint Base Charleston, S.C., sprays a special dye on a torque tube, which after drying and placing under black lights, will reveal crack and flaws in the metal, May 9, 2012. The inspection process can take up to an hour for each tube, running them through three separate chemical baths and a special drying machine.
