Sgt. 1st Class Jose Ortiz, Jr., of the Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) U.S. Army Reserve Liaison Team, is a Design and Development Non-Commissioned Officer helping to shape IPPS-A Release 3 capabilities that will be fielded to his component in late 2021. IPPS-A is currently being fielded to the U.S. Army National Guard and is live in 9 states.
