ANDERSON AIRFORCE BASE, Guam (Oct. 1, 2019) Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Makoa Turner installs stabilizer fins on an AGM-84 Harpoon anti-ship missile mounted on a P-8A Poseidon assigned to Patrol Squadron (VP) 47 in preparation for a sinking exercise (SINKEX) during Exercise Pacific Griffin. Pacific Griffin is a biennial exercise conducted in the waters near Guam aimed at enhancing combined proficiency at sea while strengthening relationships between the U.S. and Republic of Singapore navies.
