191002-N-NT795-411 SAN DIEGO (Oct. 2, 2019) Sailors assigned to Coastal Riverine Squadron 3 and Coast Guardsmen from U.S. Coast Guard Sector San Diego, conduct a joint medical evacuation exercise aboard a Mark VI patrol boat as part of unit level training provided by Coastal Riverine Group 1 Training and Evaluation Unit. The Coastal Riverine Force is a core Navy capability that provides port and harbor security, high value asset security, and maritime security operation in the coastal and inland waterways.
