Kevin Delano presents a Meritorious Service Medal to former Commanding Officer of the "Rangers" of Training Squadron (VT) 28 Cmdr. John “Crank” Kollar during a change-of-command ceremony at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi, Oct. 3. Cmdr. Ahren “Swacket” Thornton relieved Kollar to become commander of VT-28.
