(ret) William Roy, who also served as the Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) commanding general from July 2014 to July 2016, speaks as part of a leadership panel during a Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DRCF) leadership symposium. The symposium was held during JTF-CS’s 20th anniversary celebration, which also included a room dedication for the late U.S. Army Maj. Gen. (ret) Jeff Mathis III, who served as the command’s commanding general from July 2012 to July 2014.
