(ret) William Roy, who also served as the Joint Task Force Civil Support (JTF-CS) commanding general from July 2014 to July 2016, speaks as part of a leadership panel during a Defense Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Response Force (DRCF) leadership symposium. The symposium was held during JTF-CS’s 20th anniversary celebration, which also included a room dedication for the late U.S. Army Maj. Gen. (ret) Jeff Mathis III, who served as the command’s commanding general from July 2012 to July 2014. The celebration was attended by representatives from U.S. Northern Command (NORTHCOM) and U.S. Army North (ARNORTH), DCRF unit commanders and FEMA regional leaders, as well as prior JTF-CS members and alumni.
