The Colorado Army National Guard’s Medical Command hosts a change of command Sept. 8, 2019, at Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora, for Lt. Col. Monty Torres, incoming commander, and Col. Kevin R. Scott, outgoing commander. The Soldiers of the Medical Command wished Scott well with a parting gift and welcomed Torres during the ceremony. Col. Robert B. Davis, commander, land component command, shared remarks and wished both leaders well in their new roles.
