U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Brad Hooks (right), 156th Airlift Squadron (AS) commander, relinquishes command of his unit via a Change of Command Ceremony held at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Oct. 5th, 2019. Lt. Col. Hooks is the last 156th AS commander to have worked with the North Carolina Air National Guard C-130 Hercules aircraft and the first to work with the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft.
