A U.S. Navy Sailor with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa 20.1, Marine Forces Europe and Africa, acts a simulated casualty during en route care training at Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy, Oct. 7, 2019. Sailors of the forward resuscitative surgical system conducted the training to increase emergency response by expeditiously moving a casualty. SPMAGTF-CR-AF is deployed to conduct crisis-response and theater-security operations in Africa and promote regional stability by conducting military-to-military training exercises throughout Europe and Africa.
