ROTA, Spain (Oct. 7 2019) Sailors from NATO Allied nations gather in the hangar bay aboard the Spanish navy Galicia-class landing platform dock El Castilla (L-52) for a conference on the multi-national exercise Dynamic Marine 2019. The NATO Maritime Command-led Dynamic Mariner/Flotex 19 (DYMR/FL19) is an exercise that test's NATO's Response Force Maritime Component and enhances the flexibility and interoperability amongst Allied nations.
