SIGONELLA, Sicily (Oct. 9, 2019) Chief of Naval Personnel, VADM John Nowell, is interviewed for the Armed Forces Network by Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Jordan Kirkjohnson onboard Naval Air Station Sigonella, Oct. 9. CNP is traveling through Europe to visit the fleet and discuss with Sailors any concerns they have in managing their naval careers. He is also sharing news about upcoming changes as a result of modernization and raising awareness of the many new apps designed to make life easier for today’s Sailors. NAS Sigonella’s strategic location enables U.S, allied, and partner nation forces to deploy and respond as required to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa and Central Command.
