Abdurrahman, AFL officer in charge, following completion of their military decision making process course at Edward Binyah Kesselly Military Barracks April 27. 28 Armed Forces of Liberia officers received two weeks of instruction on the Seven Question-based Combat Estimate Decision Making Process. The 2 course was taught by visiting instructors from the United Kingdom-backed Horton Academy, of Freetown, Sierra Leone, which is a staff and leadership training establishment for the Royal Sierra Leone Armed Forces.
