Superintendent Travis Rogers, head of the St. Kitts and Nevis Police Force, flies in an MH-60S Seahawk assigned to the “Dragon Whales” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 28, attached to the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), during a flight to locate a possible rescue staging area near Basseterre, St. Kitts and Nevis, Oct. 10, 2019.
